Had to have an Emergency appointment; which, I received, the same day, I placed the call. One of the very professional staff, Kelly, (because, she comes in early), took and made the appointment. (the others are Linda and Melody). Went to my appointment; very personable greeting, took me right back, got me seated, took an Xray. Dr Dana came in and looked at the xray, greeted me, and evaluated the situation... Another appointment was needed in two days to remedy the situation. Dr. Spano and her team are amazing! I broke my tooth at work and they got me right in. I am terrified of going to the dentist, but Dr Spano greeted me at the desk and brought me right back. I was given a warm wrap on my neck and a massage chair while I was waiting for my tooth to numb. My tooth was fixed and I experienced no pain!! I can't say enough good things about this office!
