Our basement was recently flooded with the heavy rain a couple of months ago. Called a few waterproofing company to come onsite and do estimates. Keith from Dryshield Waterproofing was very professional, he explained in detail what works needs to be done and how the waterproofing will protect our basement. During recent flooding our basement got flooded. I got in touch with a few waterproofing companies and found Dry Shield very professional. Keith came in to see the damage and give recommendations. He was very professional. He got the job done in a very timely manner. Marina in the office was very helpful. The window well was fixed by Dwain and he was outstanding. Highly recommend him. Matt and Jonathan came in for the crack injections and they were both very professional and knew their job.

I had a floor to ceiling basement concrete wall crack that leaked during heavy rain and spring thaw from melting snow drifts. I called Monday. Dryshield replied to my voicemail promptly and scheduled me for Thursday at 3pm. The technician was able to attend 3 hours earlier and the job was done by 1. He cleaned-up after himself, was friendly, respectful, and the workmanship, top notch. The admin staff was also easy to talk to, cordial and comprehensive about the work to be done and payment. We purchased a home that had flooding issues. The team at dryshield waterproofed the interior and exterior of the basement room. Recently during a major storm we had a little flooding in our basement, but the only room in the basement that did NOT have issues was the one dryshield worked on. We patched the issue that cause 2nd flood, but didn't need to touch the room that they worked on. If anyone has water issues, we would definitely recommend Dryshield for waterproofing. We had a very pleasant experience with Dryshield . The waterproofing in the basement was very efficient. The whole job was done in two days. They were recommended to me by a local contractor. I made a phone call to them and within the week, they quoted the job, came up with the best solution, and completed the job in a day. The men that did the work were professional, courteous and efficient. They tore out drywall, studs, and jackhammered cement. They put in weeping tiles, dimple board and re-cemented. We were very pleased with DryShield's services in fixing a foundation crack that caused ongoing water leaks in our basement. The team worked hard all day to dig out around our foundation, and did an excellent job in repairing the crack and sealing our foundation with a waterproof membrane. It has rained several times since the repair, and our basement has remained dry!
