Glad I was Home to Monitor The Work... In spring 2020, this company did not follow their quote specifications or processes, and in so many ways the job that they did left us dumb-founded at what we just experienced. We are so glad we were home to monitor the construction, or they would have walked away with their hands clean and us never knowing what happened 8ft below. Basement crack in wall foundation Found this company to be very serious about customer satisfaction and the end to end experience was very good. While the number one priority was to stop water from leading into our basement, the other factors of price, value, professionalism and competence were all met with a 5 star rating. Basement Leaks We were very pleased with the work of DryShield. Keith came out and explained our situation and laid out the various options to correct the issue. On the day the work began, Brian and Sheldon kept things neat and organized and finished within the two-day timeline. Quick Repair and Very Accomodating The damage was more extensive that I had anticipated once the insulation was pulled off the basement wall. Drysheild reassured me that the repair process (injection) would be slightly more involved, not dramatically more expensive and backed with a 25 year transferrable warranty. A huge load off my mind and sleeping well. Very happy with the friendly and intelligent service.
