My experience with the Drysdale office in Harbor Bay has been pretty mediocre. I liked their maintenance folks. They were fairly responsive answering my requests when I was able to connect with them, but typically I had to go through the front desk first which was challenging, so I often just went there in person. This company engages in blatantly discriminatory practices. They present themselves as a property management agency, but in reality they appear more interested in collecting non-refundable application fees than actually renting homes fairly. Black applicants, in particular, are met with hostility in my experience. The staff are combative, rude, and dismissive in a way that makes it very clear who they do and don’t want living in certain neighborhoods.
