I had a terrible experience with Drysdale Apartments and their extremely poor customer service. This company is a scam. I rented a unit that had a strong, pre-existing odor of dog urine. Despite my complaints, they didn’t address the issue for two months. When they finally attempted to fix it by washing the carpet, it didn’t solve the problem. I will never work with this company again. I’m in the process of suing them for overcharging me and for their deceptive practices.
My landloard switched to being managed by them and I was not notified formally until recently they say I owe 5 months of rent when I was sending the rent directly to my landlord like I have always done . mesaged them to ask why and have gotten no responce . Terrible customer service

Terrible management, no follow ups and it will take them a year to follow up with your maintenance requests.
I am deeply disappointed with my experience with Drysdale Property. From the very beginning, their communication has been nothing short of horrible. They consistently failed to pick up or return phone calls, leaving us in the dark throughout the entire process. We were constantly forced to initiate contact in an attempt to follow up, which is not what you'd expect from a professional property management company.
