I'm typically a very patient person, but Drysdale has to be one of the poorest companies I've ever had the misfortune to have to deal with when it comes to communication and customer service. I've never had an experience with them that was even competent. They don't reply to emails. They don't answer calls. The contractors that come to the apartment building on their request don't even know what they're supposed to be doing. They send forms over to sign with no context or explanation. I had a terrible experience with Drysdale Apartments and their extremely poor customer service. This company is a scam. I rented a unit that had a strong, pre-existing odor of dog urine. Despite my complaints, they didn’t address the issue for two months. When they finally attempted to fix it by washing the carpet, it didn’t solve the problem. I will never work with this company again. I’m in the process of suing them for overcharging me and for their deceptive practices.
My landloard switched to being managed by them and I was not notified formally until recently they say I owe 5 months of rent when I was sending the rent directly to my landlord like I have always done . mesaged them to ask why and have gotten no responce . Terrible customer service
