From the time of our first inspection, their timely estimate to our insurance company, coordination with our schedule and the hard work of Anthony and Terry who mitigated the mold and scrubbed our kitchen clean we are very pleased. Finding your home flooded is a nightmare. The day that I discovered my parents house flooded while they were out of town was the worst nightmare of my life. Dry Out Pro Plus was there within an hour and a half of calling them. I was extremely emotional because this is my parents home and they were so wonderful especially Terry and Anthony! I can't say enough positive things about this company. Josh's communication is exceptional. He took the time to show me things to point out to my adjuster. You can tell he genuinely cares about preventing mold from starting. He also genuinely cares about building long-term partnerships with his customers. I won't use anyone else besides them from now on.
Josh and the entire team have been great to work with for many years, my local Tequesta based business has had a long standing relationship that has likely exceeded 10 years is a great judge of the professionalism and an attention to detail DRYOUTpro PLUS has. It's always nice to have someone you can trust because I'd rather know them and not need them vs not knowing them and scramble to find someone to take care of an emergency.
