I had my first appointment with Dr Alexandramary Kelada and she was amazing! I hadn't been to a doctor in awhile so we had a lot to cover. I found Dr. Kelada to be energetic, intelligent, compassionate, and she took care of my concerns. She is a great listener and her approach to the doctor/patient relationship is spot on. I am so lucky to have found her!!

Spoke with the front desk back in March and confirmed new patients were being accepted. Filled out the online form, assigned as primary care, and followed up multiple times to receive the new patient coordinators voicemail. Never heard back from the office until today that they are not accepting new patients. Great communication.

Waited over a month for them to call me just to schedule the appointment, then waited another two months to be seen, only to arrive and for them to tell me that they never even put me in the system, so I couldn't be seen. I'm disabled, making these kind of trips difficult for me, so I'm especially pissed. I declined the offer to reschedule (they are booked out another 3 months, btw) because any place that does business like this isn't a place I want to give my time and money.
