They were professional and polite. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves. The only bobble was they set my system back to "Cool" instead of "Auto", so when the crazy Spring temps went from summer to winter, I woke up to a freezing house. All warmed back up now. Clean vents and cleaner air. I would definitely recommend.
