technician broke the exterior vent from the dryer on the outside of the house....did NOT inform me or replace it. Just because of that i will not refer this company to any friends. I sent them an email and never heard back....Oh well, a $3 part cost them AT LEAST one customer.

They were great, came right out and gave me and estimate and did the work by the end of the week. Had a pet emergency while they were here and everything worked out great for everyone.
