Clean Clothes This store has been here forever and the people are very nice to deal with. It can be a little expensive so watch out for that but the store is always clean and they have great hours. PROS: Long Hours CONS: Parking
Cleaning Shop Great cleaning place that is always working hard to help you. The place is never too crowded which is nice and is open for a large part of the week which helps convenience the customers. My clothes are always in great condition when I come to pick them up and I am always satisfied with the job.
dry cleaners Average quality work. Prices ok nothing great. The facility appeared to be clean and the staff were friendly enough but I don't think I will return again.
Excellent service Friendly service. Enviornmentally safe cleaner and laundry. Always on time with work. Easy parking in front of facility. Can highly recommend their work and service.
Decent Had some dress pants I needs to be dry cleaned so I decided to try Dry Clean USA. I would not say they are the best in San Jose, but I would use them again in an emergency.
Damaged clothing; would not reimburse This dry cleaner damaged an expensive work shirt. They fully admitted they did the damage, and said if I brough in the receipt for the shirt, they would reimburse me the cost. I brought the receipt and filled out the necessary paperwork. It then took over 3 weeks for the manager to call me back to follow up. Then, rather than give me the cost of the shirt as promised, they gave me the cost of the shirt in coupons for dry cleaning. good service The nice thing about this is the location, in and out very quickly. They do a very nice job on cleaningand are regularly offering specials. Their prices are fair. PROS: reliable, fair priced CONS: sometimes won't clean items with rhinestones or sequins
only satisfactory they have a "zillion" different prices, everything on a garmet is extra....Also anything like sequins, rhinestones, decorations are not guaranteed. They do an okay job PROS: accessible CONS: expensive, not that good
Horrible work! Ruined 2 expensive shirts, still waiting for reimbersment! I used them several times and they did OK work. Every time I took a dress shirt I needed to iron it myself when I go it back, because they were in such a rush to do their work. Mainly the sleeves and the collar. Ironically they gave me a $21 credit for it being so bad. I took them a pair of linen pants with a stain on it, and they couldn't get that out.
