They always do a perfect job, but check this out; the owner/operator agreed to meet me 13 minutes AFTER CLOSING. He had an appointment elsewhere, but trusted I wouldn't be longer than that (I was there in 10). Talk about the extra mile! I'm a huge fan.
Great service at a great price
Dryclean City did a beautiful job on two comforters I recently took in. I appreciated their friendly service and having items ready on time. Definitely recommend. I'll be trying out their alterations services soon, too.
I received extremely poor service and rude treatment from the owner at this place recently. My fiancée brought my trousers and dress shirts for dry cleaning here. A few days later, I was picking them up, and after I paid, the owner informed me that the shirts were not dry-cleaned as requested but laundered instead.
