I came in recently to get a gift card and Addison at the front desk was so amazing! She greeted me with a smile, was very helpful, and made me feel welcome right away. Her kindness and professionalism stood out and helped make my visit to Drybar a great experience. I Definitely will be coming here again!

I went and got my hair done for senior pictures. The service was super nice, and the locations is very clean. The staff was nice, so I would definitely go back.

First off, I want to say that I loved my stylist I had today, Ally, she did an amazing job. She was a great listener. Second, I am a regular Drybar Barfly, and I have been for over 6 years. I looked at my bank account to see what I was charged, and the amount was incorrect. I called the salon and, The receptionist was not willing to listen to me, or hear me out. She was rude. I loved my stylist I had on Monday, Ally. She was great! I went to check out, and I was not given a break down of my services like I normally do at other Drybar Locations, I just paid. I got home, and looked at my bank account and realized that I had been overcharged. So I called up the salon, and asked what I was charged for. I was charged for a braid, scalp massage, and “braid” but I did not get a “braid”, I got a tiny little ponytail.
