I had a very frustrating experience at the Drybar location in Norman due to a scheduling system error that was handled poorly. I originally booked an appointment for 12:30 PM and later rescheduled it to 11:45 AM, which was confirmed in my email. I arrived at the salon at 11:30 AM, only to be told I was marked as a no-show for an 11:15 AM appointment that I never booked. This is my favorite place in NORMAN! This is my go to place. I became a "barfly" as soon as they opened and I have continued to go a few times each month. The hairstylist are so friendly, even the ones who are not doing your hair. The owner treats you as a personal friend. If I am ever having a bad day I go to DryBar!! No regrets on this expense for me each month. I cannot recommend this place and the people enough.
Love love love!!!! Everyone is so sweet and I always leave with beautiful hair. Plus, they offer a student discount which is a huge plus! When I can afford the treat, I love to come here just for a little pick me up or to prepare for special occasions!
I came in to get my hair done for a photoshoot with a student organization, and I am completely blown away with Drybar Norman. First of all, the customer service is absolutely amazing. This location was very accommodating and made sure I was taken care of. Secondly, my hair was done so well.
