Sophie is fantastic with both kids and adults. She's personable, professional, and consistently creates beautiful hair. It's always a great experience sitting in her chair!
They do great hair, but can absolutely not run on time. Build in an extra hour grace period to your appointment. I've had 2 appointments in the last year where they have kept me waiting & had to cancel one because I was waiting for over 30 minutes from appointment time. If you have the time it's wonderful, but certainly not efficient.
I never leave bad reviews, but this was beyond unacceptable. I wasn’t even supposed to have Ashish — they swapped him in last minute without asking. I showed clear inspo photos, explained exactly what I wanted, and mentioned that my hair is super easy to style (thick, layered, holds curl well). Despite that, he completely ignored my requests and at one point pulled out a straightener.
