I’ve been to Drybar so many times over the years but this was by far the worst experience I’ve had and this service was booked for an entire bridal party. The service was unfriendly, rushed, and unpleasant. The poor reviews for this location make sense now. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else - everyone in our party had a similarly bad experience.
BEWARE service leaves something to be desired. I am not one to usually write reviews but I felt uncomfortable during a service that should be relaxing. I would NOT recommend this service to others if they are looking for a good experience however the hair did come out looking good (that is why they get two stars rather than one).
PLEASE heed the negative reviews- this dry bar has the worst customer service and my curls fell out without the hour. A couple of snippets : -I asked my stylist to not get water in my hair and she splashed my entire forehead -I also asked her to not get hair in my face bc I had my makeup done and she said “she didn’t know how” with the most rancid and rude energy - I also was pretty specific about my hair needs (retention, heat) and they were completely ignored and I was told to stick to a weird menu of four styles Above the... read more
Happy customer :-) I made an appointment for an up-tini. We had a great Gatsby event that night. When I arrived the woman who was assigned to do my hair didn't know how to do an updo. I planned to leave and do my hair myself. Instead Gabi, the manager, stepped up. She may be the manager but she knows her craft - hair :-) I was able to show her a few pictures and my headband with a bun roll.
