We are very pleased with the work done in our crawlspace 11-16-2021. the crew(Gerber, Jordan and William B.) Were so polite and knowledgeable. They answered all our questions and took extra care not to damage our property!
Our experience with Dry Pro was professional from the beginning. When we recognized that we had mold in our craw space, Dry Pro was the first company we called. David checked out our craw space; took lost of photos; showing us all areas of our craw space including the wiring and air condition ducts that contained much mold and mildew. Would not recommend. There are other companies that do the same thing. Not impressed!! First with the lack of communication. The crew showed up on a Tuesday and cleared out any debris. We were then told they would be back in 2 days on Thursday and they never called or showed up. I had to contact them to find out where they were on Thursday. I would never recommend Dry Pro to anyone and here is why. On Fri., Nov. 20, 2020, we were having a shower installed in our upstairs master bathroom. A valve malfunction caused a flood that caused water damage in our downstairs living space. The shower installer said he had a restoration company he had used and would call them right away to start taking care of the damage. The WORST experience I have EVER had with a company. Took over 8 months to fix due to poor communication on their part (canceling appointments, not returning phone calls, etc), argued with my insurance company over payment, and shouldn’t be attempting to fix anything since they have no knowledge on how to install floors or set toilets. Toilet overflowed extensive damage to second floor, main floor and basement. Dry Pros provided emergency service as well as all repairs to the house. The crew arrived promptly and were beyond Amazing, Compassionate Efficient. Throughly did the job, communicating each step of the way. I would recommend this company with absolutely no hesitations.

I had a major issue with urine smell at one of my rental due to a bad tenant with dogs. The place was in terrible shape. Dry Pros came in, assessed the issue, gave me a great price and the smell was completely gone by the time they were done. They were clean, fast and efficient. I would definitively recommend their services to anyone who is looking for great services.
