Our basement waterproofing experience with Dry Otter has been excellent from beginning to end. Everyone has been professional, knowledgeable, friendly, caring and a pleasure to work with. They took great care to protect our home, laying down heavy plastic runners on our new carpet and taping plastic over the doors to minimize dust. ******, our contact person, was exceptional. We highly recommend Dry Otter for all your waterproofing needs, and will definitely use them again if the need arises.
Dry Otter was great to work with. I purchased an old home that had a cellar entry into my laundry room so mold and radon from the crawl space was able to seep into the house. Dry Otter did an amazing job encapsulating the crawl space. ***** ****** ******* and **** did an amazing job. They were all kind and respectful to me and my home. I would definitely recommend them.

Dry Otter did a wonderful job on our crawlspace. The job was supposed to take two days, but they had it done in one! The crew that did the work went above and beyond ! The whole process from initial contact to finishing the job was flawless. I would highly recommend!
