I wish I would have called Kyle sooner! If I could give him 6 stars, I would. I live in a rental and I have no idea how long it has been since the floors have been cleaned (years?). I called Kyle and he was able to fit me in within a week. The floors were SO dirty!! He said they were about as bad as it gets. He cleaned all of the tile and it looks RADICALLY different and clean! Very quick response.. on time.. did a good job cleaning the carpet in a short period of time.. However they try to upsell products.. Recommend
