Dr. Shrestha was amazing. Very thorough on his explanation of dry eyes and how to get to a good place with your eyes. He applies old school service where you can contact him directly for any issues. Great practice!
Dr. Shrestha was outstanding. He performed both the BlephEx procedure and LipiFlow, and I was extremely impressed with how thorough he was throughout the entire visit. He took the time to explain exactly what was going on with my eyes, why the procedures were recommended, and what I should expect both short and longterm. I took my daughter here because she was suffering from symptoms of dry eyes and had received a diagnosis of blephritis. She is a college volleyball player and the eye issue was impacting her ability to Play. The doctor was incredibly patient and really took the time to talk to my daughter and to look at her eyes and understand the issue. He was able to determine she had an infection in her eye and was not suffering from blephritis or dry eye. This was something missed by two other doctors. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Shrestha and his team! They were so warm and welcoming. On top of that, Dr. Shrestha was extremely knowledgeable and put me at ease with my dry eye issues. I opted to do the Lipiflow treatment and I am so happy I did as my eyes feel so much better. I highly recommend them if you have dry eyes!
Dr Shrestha is friendly and conscientious. He answers all questions. I had the Lipiflow treatment about a month ago. It was safe and felt very good. You feel warmth and a slight massage on your eyes. It has helped me to overcome dryness in my eyes due to use of a medication.
