RecommendedWe are relocating to the DFW area at the end of 2020 and have been working with Seda during this process. Everything has been incredibly easy so far! Seda has communicated well, responding to emails quickly and answering each question we’ve had. Today we had the pleasure of a virtual tour of our apartment and it was delightful. I cannot wait to move in!
I had the pleasure of working with Seda on my relocation from NY. She went above and beyond in every way to help make the transition smooth and seamless. Everyone I have spoken to from moving in to maintenance have been amazing. They are always available and never hesitate to help if you have an issue. I would recommend this complex to any friend or family looking to move.
Horrible office management. They have given our paid carport away to others twice in the 3+ years I have lived here. They can’t keep up with rents insurance documents. I would not recommend this complex to my worst enemy.
Make sure that when you leave you do a walk through with the manager!! I was naive and thought they wouldn’t try to scam our family but they did big time! We signed a 6 month lease while we were building our home. We have one 3 year old small dog and one cat. We paid a pet deposit of 300$ EACH when we moved in and also a monthly fee. They charged us with new carpet because of a pet odor!!! Our animals were house trained and never had accidents. The charge for the new carpet was over 800$! We lived here 3 years. It always felt like home. The staff is great, they know you by name or at least by apartment #! They are always feeding us, or putting on some sort of free event. It really brings everyone together. The apartment itself was clean and quality. We had no issues with bugs which is always a concern of mine. Stephanie the manager is responsive and fair.
