I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. I cannot thank them enough for saving MY flower girl dress(from1998), and making it look brand new! Best place ever and super fast turn around!
Service used to be great in Metairie. Madisonville location has either lost clothing or has not taken effort to clean clothes properly. Last straw, told not responsible for getting stains out. However the stain was a paper towel residue. Wife used a little elbow power and the residue lifted right up. This location needs to take more pride in their work. Relying on spraying dry cleaner on clothes does not always get the work done.
Leslie runs a top notch operation with cutting edge equipment that is environmentally friendly and 1st class service. If you're gonna wear clothes that need to be dry cleaned, you absolutely need Dry Cleaning by Louis!
