I find it very concerning that management and owners are so wishy washy with their word. If you agree to do something you should stand by your word regardless of the situation. Someone paid you for a service on their brand new dress and instead of being a business where “the customer is always right” they have burned bridges and lost business.
I will NEVER return here again. I brought a navy formal dress here to get dry cleaned and a brand new cream dress that I bought the same day to get some seamstress work done on it. The cream dress that I brought fit perfectly, but because I have a bigger chest, I needed to get the snap at the top placed higher so that it wouldn’t unsnap anytime I moved my arms back (which I have gotten this work done before on another dress somewhere else). They do not stand behind their work. They should not accept a garment unless they are 100% sure that they can do the job. Rude and unprofessional.

The owner, Leslie is so unprofessional and rude. She does not stick by her word and thinks she’s done nothing wrong even though she ruined my girlfriends brand new dress that still had the tags on it. I would not recommend this place at all.

In March 2019, the cleaners employee's failed to tag a new tuxedo coat which I brought to them to have a button reattached and cleaned after its first wearing. They did tag the tuxedo's shirt and pants which were dry clean only. The employees subsequently lost the coat. The value of the tuxedo is approximately $1500.00.
