Dry Cleaner Connection

Sadly disappointed in the results. It took a week to get items returned but I'm glad to have the connection to dry cleaning. Everything was very wrinkled!! As if they weren't pressed at all but dryed hanging. Needed them for a trip and had to press myself. I wanted professional pressing as its usually superior.:(

This is a long review but describes 3 different concerns I encountered: 1: Delays, 2: Instructions, and 3: Communication I dropped a down comforter off for dry-cleaning two weeks before the date I needed it back for our guest room. I arrived on the scheduled date to pick it up but was informed it wasn't ready yet.
