Awful!!! Customer service is terrible! I only gave them one star, because you can't give no stars! I took some curtains there to be hemmed and the seamstress did a horrible job. My three year old could have cut a straighter line. Plus she left only a 1 inch hem (standard for curtains in 6 inches), so there was no material to work with to fix them.
