Horrible customer service – I had a horrible experience at the Dry Clean Today on Alhambra. They mixed up my order for pant hemming and two and half weeks later my pants still had not been hemmed. When they tried to charge me full price I asked to speak with the manager. After leaving three messages with the manager and stopping by the store two more times, I still hadn't heard from her and my pants still weren't hemmed one month later. Slow Service, but Budget Prices – It's true that you will not get your clothing back very quickly; this is a counter for an off-site service. Your clothes are picked up, cleaned, and brought back. This "cold shop" means a longer turnaround, but, that's the price to be had for much less expensive cleaning -- the budget angle. That said, there are other problems that annoy me. I have a lot of shirts and blouses laundered, and I'm forever telling them to "pay attention to the inside of the cuffs." I roll my sleeves back a cuff ... read more

Dry Clean Today or Dry Clean Next Week? – I went to the Alhambra location on Wednesday morning at about 9:30, where I dropped off two blouses for drycleaning. I had been there before , a while ago, and I remembered that if you could have same day service if you took your items in early enough in the am....however, the gal at the counter said it would be Saturday after 2 PM when my blouses would be ready!
