They will DESTROY your clothes – Do NOT go here. I had the exact same experience as Denel E. They completely destroyed a shirt I had worn once. After a month, they finally called me back to say it wasn't their fault. It was supposedly a manufacturing defect. I also showed it to the store where I had bought it. Several of the saleswomen at the store had bought the same shirt and had it dry cleaned without issue. They showed me where clearly the silk in the garment had been burned in the dry cleaning process.
Denel, when making statements that affect someone's credibility, please be acurate in your accounts of the transaction. I am very aware of this incident and we both know this is not what happend. I have good luck with Dry Clean Today...in many cases they do a better job than their higher price competitors.
They will DESTROY your clothes – Do not go here. My very first time using them, they completely destroyed an $80 shirt. When I brought it to their attention when I picked up my dry cleaning, the young man at the counter told me he would tell the manager Nicole to determine IF they will reimbursement. Previous Review – When I looked up the address again to pick up my husband's clothes I came upon the previous review. It just so happened that I came in that morning to drop off my husband's clothing while he was out of town. He works in the area and I don't go in often. boycott this location!!! – On Monday 11/16/09 I gave Dry Clean Today on Alhambra 7 items to dry clean, the clerk who accepted them asked me is Thursday okay? I said yes. The next day I found one more item to be dry cleaned & I was working in the area that Tuesday and gave them that item as well. use to be good – I've been going to Dry Clean Today for a number of years, I've been happy with it until recently. My clothes aren't coming back right, (not ironed)... HORRIBLE – The worst, most upsetting cleaning service experience I've ever had. Fist time ever employing their services I took 3 items in (2-piece suit, polo shirt and laundered shirt) received one back! 1 month and 2 weeks later I have been given the runaround and am still missing a $1000.00 dollars worth of my clothing. Owner offered to resolve the matter with 2 or 3 hundred dollars despite providing them with the recent purchase receipts.
