Excellent service. Friendly staff. One of a kind!
Nobody likes writing a bad review but when my Jacket was returned in WORSE condition than how I brought it in for cleaning it feels like an obligation. No one bothered giving an explanation upon when I returned to pick up the garment on how MORE stains were on jacket. Poor customer service.
Above and Beyond! Sewed a button on mom’s sweater while i waited for free; in turn they will have all my excessive dry cleaning business for doing a simple fix. Love this place for location and quality and now for the Customer Service too.
Staff are always so friendly and they go out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. If there's ever an issue they will resolve it. I'll be a loyal customer as long as I'm in Dallas
Great service! I have been coming here for years and the whole team is so nice and helpful. Always remember my name and focus on specific spots as requested. They are also willing to re wash items if stains aren’t removed first time.
