Chris came out today to look at our basement issue/concerns. He was prompt, courteous, thorough and very honest. He made some recommendations which we intend to followup with fixing. I appreciate all those qualities which are sadly so rare these days. I would definitely recommend this company that obviously hires knowlegable/professional individuals.

My contact with DryBasement was with a flatbed truck at 13th & Woodlawn in Wichita. The driver first passed me at more than 50 mph going east approaching Woodlawn. He then changed lanes to the right lane by dangerously cutting in front of two other vehicles so he could turn south. Slow down!!!
People in this line of work have to be trustworthy and honest, and Chris is all that and hard-working, too. Had him out for an estimate last week and he was thorough and informative. For the estimate and inspection, he went the extra mile (in a dank and dirty crawl space no less). When the work went outside of his scope (a related problem, not foundation, etc) Chris made a solid and immediate recommendation. I know that if I ever have another issue anything like this, I'm calling Dry Basement Foundation Repair first.
