Nikita was incredibly entitled and disrespectful when I decided to accept a position elsewhere to grow my skills. Even if she wasn’t directly responsible for pay, expecting me to sit around doing nothing and reacting snappily and unprofessionally to my decision was unacceptable. The rest of the staff and the owner were professional and supportive, but dealing with Nikita directly was unpleasant🤌🏻💋
