On two separate occassions, Dr. Goff made mistakes that caused me to have to return to the office to have them fixed. The staff are very friendly, but unable to process insurance forms correctly.
Chose due to location and because he participates in my dental plan - but still expensive! No undue pain, I've had cleanings, fillings, and a crown. I am impressed by the dentist's skill and knowledge. But if you have a late in the day appt, I've felt he is rushing. Overall, I am happy and will continue to use as my dentist, and recommend to others.
There are many dentists to see who operate professional practices; don't waste your time with this one. The office looks nice because the work is expensive, even with insurance. Moderate pain/discomfort for fillings; needed to ask for more drugs. I am seeing another dentist to fix problems incurred at this office.
The Dr. and staff were friendly and personable; however, I just didn't get the "feeling" that the technical skills/nuance was there. Agreed-- more than usual pain with fillings following treatment for about three weeks. Not a horrible experience necessarily, but I'm in the market for someone new.
