Used to be happy with the doctors, but the lab has not been good with booking appointments or keeping them. They say "we are understaffed" for the reasons that they book appointments for pickup, but nothing is ready. They made my last pair of glasses and the fit was off, and they couldn't seem to adjust them properly so I was told multiple times that I would "get used to it" News flash: I never got used to a poor fit and switched back to an old pair i got from a different lab. I have been a patient of Dr. Dippel for many years. I have always has exceptional care. She is knowledgeable and thorough and explains everything completely.
Amazing service & amazing care! Dr. Dippel is very careful with her examinations, very through and very caring! Would recommend everyone to visit her clinic for eye care!
A few months ago, we brought my 3-yr.-old son in for his 1st appt. Dr. Valerie Dippel was phenomenal w/ him! She did such a fantastic job. She's great w/ kiddos! We are sooo happy w/ how his appt. went & we're sooo happy w/ Dr. Valerie Dippel & the whole Optometrist office! Would highly recommend to anyone to go there! :)
