I've always had fairly good experiences here. I miss Dr. Clarke, but the new optometrist is good too. I'm docking one star because the glasses they sell are very, very expensive compared to market rate, otherwise this office is top notch.
Used to be happy with the doctors, but the lab has not been good with booking appointments or keeping them. They say "we are understaffed" for the reasons that they book appointments for pickup, but nothing is ready. They made my last pair of glasses and the fit was off, and they couldn't seem to adjust them properly so I was told multiple times that I would "get used to it" News flash: I never got used to a poor fit and switched back to an old pair i got from a different lab.
