Called this tree service to handle a broken limb on one of our trees in the back yard. They sent me a quote—which was lower than their competitors—but then never confirmed a date to do the work. I called and spoke to the same woman multiple times. Eventually, a man named Alec called to say he would take care of it the following week. A week went by, and the guy never showed. I had a great experience with the Drury Tree from start to finish. They handled scheduling the line drop with the utility company, showed up on time, and safely removed a large tree from our property. The crew was professional, efficient, and did an excellent job cleaning everything up afterward. Communication throughout the process was fantastic. On top of that, their pricing was very fair. Highly recommend them for any tree removal needs in the St. Louis area.
