The only way to check out is to line up at the front desk in the morning. It's very slow; plan for a 10-15 minute wait if there is a crowd.
You can bring you 4-legged family members for no extra charge. LOVE THAT!

Just passing thru from TX to CA. Dog friendly and free breakfast? Worth the price.
Dog friendly hotel that doesn't charge extra! Parking garage linked to 2nd floor. Close to walk to downtown eats and shops! Right across from new 1899 restaurant! ;)
A great Flagstaff hotel. It's only a few years old so it's clean. The rooms are suites are spacious and they have balconies and the location is great!
Happy hour from 5:30 to 7pm! 3 drinks per person along with bar style food which varies by day.
