Great hotel, excellent customer service, staff are friendly, food and reception is excellent! I was a Diamond with Hilton brand. My go hotel was the Embassy Suites. Drury Inn hotels beat them in my opinion because of the Hot Tun. My only issue is that there is no monitoring in the pool area. Children are wild, jumping, splashing water everywhere with no regards to the adults. I would suggest that they allow at least the last hour or two for the adults to have adult time. It’s just that crucial.
Our stay was excellent. The hotel staff was lovely and professional. They were throughout the hotel checking in on us and very courteous. We loved the pool and the meals were a great bonus! The hotel was packed full of ball teams and the staff did a great job keeping it safe for all.
