I have been in a few Drury Inns. This time I got a two room suite and it is spacious. The other times I got a regular king room and it was a small space with no where to put your luggage. The staff are always polite. What I don't like besides the small rooms is that there is never any place to sit outside especially if you are a smoker. They definitely have lots of seating inside or by the pool where there is no smoking. If you are a smoker you have to hover around the smoker poles just outside access doors. The hotel location was conveniently located and clean. That’s it. We love staying at Drurys for the happy hour food and drink and breakfast. Our recent stay was disappointing the light meal was not good and the soup said chicken and it was vegetable. The breakfast wasn’t up to normal parr and the coffee was very weak. For the higher price we paid we were very dissatisfied with the perk that normally draws us to this hotel chain. It seems like Drury is cheating the food perk that drew customers in.

The accomodations were fantastic and everything was close by. The fringe benefits of some food and a few free drinks for the stay were a very welcome surprise. But really it was Toby at the counter in the evenings who made the stay 5 stars, truly. Her attitude was exemplary and she was very helpful as well as just being pleasant to talk to. She was clearly a hard working employee with impeccable customer service.

Ask front desk for additional 2 pillows because their pillows are horrible and was told they didn't have any lol Hailey was not helpful at front desk at all.
