Wow! (Long review alert) From the moment we walked in the door early at 9:25 yesterday morn, we have been absolutely blown away!!! Starting with Erica at the front desk who after checking in, sent us over for breakfast. We actually were 6 hours early and just wanting to put our luggage somewhere! Then we met Brittany and Rosant, who were putting away breakfast but stopped to allow us to get plates and we’re actually excited to allow us to “interrupt” their tear down. Very friendly atmosphere and helpful.
We enjoyed our stay this past weekend: 5:30 kickback food was decent (salad had a lot of old lettuce) with a nice variety. Room was very comfortable and the bed was amazing. Pool area had too many screaming kids so that was out. Friendly staff. Only issue was a manager giving and employee a 1:1 while we were in the lobby with others. That was awkward and should have been done in private. Definitely recommend
