Super clean and super friendly staff!
Even though the pool and lobby area were under construction, the rooms were great. The breakfast and dinner/drinks were a great value add for us. We will definitely stay here again.
The front desk staff checked me in knowing there was no hot water in the entire building without mentioning it at all. I got to my room and immediately went to shower because I had an event to attend. There was no hot water. I called the front desk thinking maybe I would need to be moved to another room only to be told “It’s a known issue and we’ve been working on it all day. We don’t have a timeframe to be able to estimate when the work will be completed. ” I understand things break and stuff happens. What I don’t understan... read more
