Very loud street noise. Drury black out shades do not shut all the way. Pillows are hard as rocks. Hotel leaves a half roll of used toilet paper from prior guest which is nasty.
First time staying at a Drury and I would definitely stay again! We arrived just before 7 pm but we still had time to grab a light dinner buffet and cocktails (free!) and the morning breakfast buffet (also included). Free popcorn was a hit with our granddaughter! The hotel was very clean and rooms comfortable!
Even though we are Drury Hotels loyalists, this might be our LAST visit to this location. We've stayed at this location three times in the last nine months and on the last two havE had sub-par experiences. This location has yet to receive the remodel that the entire brand is receiving at all of its locations, leaving it dated and dysfunctional. This is the second visit where the HVAC hasn't worked.
