This is our 3rd time back to this same location. It is easy to get to from the interstate. The staff are so friendly. There is a free breakfast buffet and a free dinner and drinks. The staff that run that area were amazing as well. The rooms were clean. This time we used the indoor swimming pool and spa. That was so nice after a day in the car.
The rate is pricey but we had a nice experience. Customer service at the front counter was courteous and helpful. Dinner, drinks, and breakfast being included were convenient and they had something on the buffet for everyone.
Kirby was very welcoming. Clean Friendly (especially the kitchen staff)
Review by husband lol: Good stay. Room was sort of small. Bathroom even smaller. I went for my morning constitutional and had to sit sideways on the toilet, leaving me no other recourse than to pee into the tub while still seated. Let's not even get into the placement of the toilet paper dispenser. Let's just say I've had house cats sit in my lap that gave me more space than the toilet paper dispenser did. Otherwise, breakfast was good and the free drinks are da bomb!
