Every time we come to the area, we choose this hotel!
The young lady at the front desk was incredibly rude. She asked for my ID and told me to lay it on the counter as if she didn't want to touch it. When another person from a different race approach her she was gentle and polite. For the price that was paid that kind of treatment was unsatisfying and not good customer service.
Always an amazing stay. The staff are the best of the best.
The staff at the Marietta Drury Inn show the highest quality of customer excellence. From the dinner crew to the front desk, Diane was fantastic. This is a regular stop for me and will continue to be. Thank you
