Siempre ke visito mcallen con mi familia nos hospedamos en el drury inn excelente hotel ahora mi esposa kiso hospedarse en el hotel druri inn & suites todo bien salvo cuando bajamos almorzar habían cucarachas en el área del restaurant muy mal eso hay ke fumigar le dije al encargado y resolvió el problema x eso doy 3 estrellas de ahí en fuera todo bien pero recomiendo mas el otro hotel adjunto el drury inn saludos �
Staff was very friendly , we arrived late at night but without any hastle went straight to our room . The beds we comftorable but pillows were too big and uncomfortable. Overall I would stay again because I love the kickbacks of breakfast and dinner a plus.
It was very clean, and everyone was nice and friendly. The only thing my grandson would have love a heated pool.. �
Overall, nice. Ups: Very good value. Comfortable bed, large room, nicely updated, convenient location. Downs: Awkward, cramped bathroom/dressing area configuration. Nowhere to sit outdoors except around the pool, and that area doesn't open until 9 a.m. Harsh lighting and loud TVs dominate the lounge/dining area. Nazi bartending policy would not allow me to order a cocktail for my husband, who was sitting at a table 50 feet away on an important phone call, whereas servers were carting cocktails to others in the lounge. This hotel never disappoints! I stay here a few times a year, while traveling on business. It's ALWAYS clean, staff is ALWAYS courteous, location is convenient, and the rate is reasonable. I literally have nothing negative to say about this establishment.
