RecommendedWe enjoyed our stay! The food was great! Service was great! Pool on the 9th floor was clean and the beds were comfortable. Will certainly come back to stay again.

Buyer beware! Sylvia at the front desk was incredibly rude; I’ve experienced 1000% better attitude and service at the best western! Rooms are small and musty smelling, towels are paper thin, ring around the tub and in addition to spending almost 175 per night they charge 25 to park your car!?! The valet couldn’t be bothered to help with luggage or anything else for that matter! We WERE going to stay until Tuesday after labor day - we quickly booked the hotel across the street! RecommendedWe had a slight issue with the room we had reserved but had an awesome upgrade. The hotel staff was VERY friendly.We stay at the Drury Plaza every time we go to San Antonio and have always been treated very professional. Thanks guys!!!
