To call this BBQ is disrespectful to real BBQ everwhere! The flavor was ok meat under cooked and tough and the staff was terrible at best. Also to mount an American flag with screws run through it and use as decor is blatantly disrespectful all the way around. The fact that they had to re light the smoker during dinner time is an absolute joke. Any 5 star reviews must be friends of the owner who were promised free booze.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience. I must remind you that this is our first week open for business. We have been crazy busy. Way busier than we anticipated. We Had to smoke twice a day just to keep up.We were relighting the smoker because we had run out of food and had to reload and cook through the night. Most people enjoy our meat and flavors very much. We cut no corners. We slow smoke all our meats for 8-16 hours a day. We source product from the highest quality farms we can find. And the results are very good!
Went tonight to try it with family and friends. I love bbq and I couldn't miss this new spot right 5 min from home. Put only 3 stars cuz a few things we didn't like. We think We should share our thoughts , so the restaurant can get inputs on how to transform a nice dining experience into a memorable one! Rustic place, decent Texas style BBQ, friendly folks. Portions are a bit on the small side, but the meat is high quality.
They excel at service, ambience and flavor! Ballard is lucky to have them!
Got to try some at a private party. Can't wait for them to open.
The food is killing it and everything else is coming together real quick now.
