It was my first time dining here and the place was beautiful. I ordered the shrimp tempura roll turned out to be so tough to chew. The sushi here was just extremely disappointing for the price I paid for it.

The website you are requiring to use at the table does not work. No bank is going to tolerate repeated charges like that. You refuse to take any other form of payment and you’ve made your servers are glorified food runners now. Manager was unhelpful and uninterested. Past experiences have been mediocre food anyway so we will never be returning or recommending. I don’t see this place surviving the pandemic. The poor staff! Thank goodness Kona is close by.
Recommendedgreat food new way of ordering is weird. also can't get drinks until you have everything ready to order or you tip constantly. drinks appetizers, entrées then pay tip then they will bring stuff out bad concept.
Will never go here again , didn’t feel like giving up all my personal information to look at a menu , then they don’t take cash horrible agenda would eat at jack on the box before I ever give a dime .
If you don't have a smart phone you can't be a customer here at the drunken fish. No smart phone = no menu. They don't accept credit cards or cash, you must pay using your phone. Terrible system.
I made a reservation for 7 for a kid free date night. We got caught in traffic and then with parking didn't make it there until 7:20. the girl at the desk was very rude and said well if your more then 15 min late you forfeit your reservation so you will have to wait and the wait is 30 min. I said ok. then 20 min later I went to ask how many were in front of us still. she stated 2, then looked again and stated but we have 2 reservations and if they come at their time you then have 4 people in front of you. I placed a pickup order here and showed up on time to pick it up. The front desk person thought I was a doordash driver and tried to convince me that my order had already been picked up "by Jake" (which is me). After telling them that I was in-fact Jake, they went and got the manager and turned it into a big deal. They finally realized they had forgotten my order and then just told me to wait - no apology, offer for credit, or anything... So I’m gonna order 7 rolls to go and get a pea size drop of wasabi? The sushi was 6/10 and the dumplings were so doughy. Never again, never again. Boo y’all suck
