Just ordered a drum from them and the cyst service was great. Can't wait to take em out on the road
Stupendous customer service
Probably the strangest place ever to deal with. Everything is an excuse and not there fault. However the cheap prices should be a warning enough. Fred Gretsch is rolling over in his grave.
