Very professional and understanding
Very disappointed. After a nightmare experience scheduling and finally getting surgery, this follow up was the FIRST time i was told that vision without glasses was THE GOAL and that I have near sightedness and a stigmatisim and 'let's get you some glasses'. I was told by Dr. Luke I wouldn't need glasses for distance. Now, I'm angry and would like to speak with someone about this.
Everyone was friendly
They have done an excellent job on my proscriptions. I will recommend everyone to go a try your next proscription from this doctor.
Friendly and professional
They took forever to attend us. Our appointment was at 3 and 3:20pm, they didn't take us in until 4:30 and 6pm. How is this possible? Better scheduling system needed
They’re very good and I ve been going there for several years
Beautiful place to visit, everyone were very friendly. Dr. Drummond made me feel comfortable.Young lady I believe her name was Sabrina was excellent in helping me find the right frames and with what my insurance covered. What really impressed me about her was making sure I would be happy with my choices. Overall visit was great, my time was respected by seeing me at my appointment time which is much appreciated.
Dr Drummond is very thorough and professional. Explains the exams as we progressed and related the results completely. Answered every question I had!
