Although a little too late. I read Pamela Westbrook review and thought it’s not a coincidence that our experience was slightly similar and the Drummond response was the same meaning it was stated it was her “behavior” and banned her from the store. I was stiffed out of 14 diamonds from a gold band ring after going there to have a redesign. I sold John the gold from 2 sets of earrings, a box shaped gold chain and 14 diamond gold band ring. Nice jewelry in store but extremely terrible jeweler!!!! I took my white gold chain in for a simple dip and polish and was told to return in one hour.Upon arrival my chain was in worst condition than when I dropped it off and the jeweler is a thief he cut a chunk of gold off of my pendant! DO NOT LEAVE ANY OF YOUR VALUABLES IN DRUMMOND JEWELERS POSSESSION!

John took the time to understand my vision and even went back to measure the ring when I told him I was making the box. I highly recommend Drummond Jewelers!

Amazing service and knowledge at what they do. Brought my gold chain that was passed down to me to have it repaired and polished. They did a excellent job with attention to detail. Definitely have gained a returning customer.
