ANSWER THE PHONE……..you are going to lose your good business customers!!! I am very frustrated. I have called 3 branches and keep getting your answering service!!!!!!!

I'd put a dumpster fire on here if I could. But 1 star will suffice. Since the takeover they have gone downhill. They will hold debits for several days. If you balance your account prior to all pending charges They will still put overdraft fees on your account. Same day it's insane. They will actually make you go negative because of overdraft fees. Fees I never would have gotten prior to the take over. By days end my account would balance. But their new way of making money is ridiculous.
