Kevin was an absolute pleasure to work with during my time renting from Drummer. Always quick to respond, easily accessible and made the moving in and moving out process an absolute breeze. Not to mention he’s just a great guy! Very personable, just fantastic to work with. Highly recommend him and the whole team if you’re looking for a rental!
I have been renting with Drummer Realty for 15 years now, and in all that time, Drummer's staff, especially Anita Ferguson, have been very pleasant to work with. They are willing to listen to my concerns and problems, and always work to get the problem resolved in a timely manner. Thanks Drummer - you rock!
We have used Drummer on numerous properties for exactly 40 years. We have bought a number of revenue properties through them as well. In all those years I have never questioned one of their management decisions. I’m a retired real estate lawyer and know the business - Drummer is the best management company in Calgary and Brooks. Absolutely outstanding service. From the day to day management and upkeep of our properties through to the listing and selling of the units, Sean and his experienced team handled everything extremely well. Highly recommend Sean and his team - knowledgeable, responsive, market informed.
