Great company for property management. Kevin is very thorough and professional when it comes to property management. We recently rented a place which was managed by Drummer and I can say the experience was great. The response time for any maintenance request is very prompt. The move in and move out inspection was smooth. Never had any incident or issues with the services. Highly recommend them for property management.

I recently had a showing with Kevin and I found him very professional and easy to deal with. Highly unprofessional and misleading rental process. I applied for a 1 Bed + Den unit through RentFaster and was clearly told over the phone that applications were handled on a “first come, first serve” basis. I applied early and followed up multiple times in good faith, expecting a fair and transparent process. That representation turned out to be inaccurate. Had a great experience with Drummer realty during my stay in Brooks, AB. Anytime I needed help with something, a maintenance guy was called to do the repairs. Snow was cleared routinely and yards were well maintained during my stay. Compared to some other local rentals, I highly recommend them for long or short stays!
