I was looking to set up a primary doctor for myself and my family, after just moving to Atlanta . I made an appointment yesterday for 2:30 today. I was called into work today and called the office first thing this morning to reschedule and was told I would be charged a fee to reschedule. I was looking forward to being seen and setting up appointments for my family but clearly they do not want my business. I’ve never had such a difficult time with medication refills and communicating with the office. My doctor told me to contact her if I needed a refill for medication as I move across the country. I did and the office intercepted the message and said I’m no longer eligible. Come to find out they sent the refill to my old pharmacy in another state and now I can’t get another. I’ve been going here for a few years now, and I have to stay this is the most comfortable I’ve ever felt going to a doctors office. The staff here is incredibly kind and caring. You can tell that their goal is to make you feel supported & calm.
