I’ve been going here for a few years now, and I have to stay this is the most comfortable I’ve ever felt going to a doctors office. The staff here is incredibly kind and caring. You can tell that their goal is to make you feel supported & calm.
If I could give 100 stars I would. NP Megan is always so attentive, kind, and helpful. I have been going here for about 3 years and will continue to for as long as possible!
I've been going here for a few years now. The staff is good, but (1) they're very slow to respond on their portal and (2) for multiple years in a row haven't been explained my lab results, even when they're elevated. This year, the results posted in the portal and I didn't so much as get a call. Last year, I called them and I kept getting folks who weren't my NP simply telling me what the lab said, which I could easily read myself. My favorite part about this practice is that they actually get to know you. My NP knows me and cares about me as a whole person. She’s not just trying to get in and out as fast as possible. Instead she sits, listens, and asks questions. I’ve never had such an attentive practitioner before. A friend referred me here and I am so glad she did!
