I was billed in January for services even though my insurance covers the treatment. I’m still getting bills for the service in May, I call every month and they insure me that I don’t owe anything. I’m afraid they are going to ruin my credit. Their infusions are fine, but their billing team is incompetent. Beware - they don’t seem to know what they are doing.
Nice experience
I'm an infusion nurse who has had to use Druid City for pharmacy for a few patients. The pharmacists and all staff are very knowledgeable and efficient. They all do their job well and have great customer service. Highly recommend them!
Staff is amazing, efficient, very knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Very good AC and comfortable seating. Makes Tysabri day feel like a luxury stay.
