As costumer of Drug City pharmacy I have always been so happy with the awesome costumer service and friendly employees. I became an employee 5-6 months ago and now I can said as employee I love it. The Drug City employees are genuinely loving and friendly. I love my bosses I never had a boss that really care for them employees. Thanks for the opportunity!
I got my daughters antibiotics and cough medicine filled there tonight, and the way I was treated on the phone and in person by Tia was beyond unprofessional. she hung up on me after arguing with me on the over them not adfing a flavor to her liquid medication. I went back to the pharmacy to get a flavor added that THEY forgot to add. As I went to the counter she immediately started to argue with me and make a scene. I am a physician and grew concerned about the increasing cost of medication for my family. I looked very carefully at a number of Maryland pharmacies and selected Drug City Pharmacy, not because their prices were the lowest but because it appeared to be a real place with real people with whom I could speak. Have no fear in using this pharmacy for your perscriptions. I have seached the internet extensively and this is by far the best price for insulin. My cat uses Lantus and we all know how expensive it is here in the Maryland. I got it very quickly and the ice pack still cold so I know the insulin was not compromised. staff was a big help in getting my first order together. Drug City Pharmacy is professional and customer friendly. Thank you so much for the great service!!!
