I've gone to Drug City for everything from mailing packages, paying bills, filling prescriptions, to buying gifts... I've never had a negative experience with any of the staff, they've always been extremely courteous and helpful in any way possible. I always look forward to seeing my favorite cashier, Mrs. Jenny!!
Apparently they are allowed to black list certain doctors at their discretion and not give you any warning. I was treated rudely when all I asked for was a reason why I couldn't get the scripts filled. Which left me scrambling to get my father's prescriptions somewhere else. You just lost a ten year plus customer, I used to buy so much at your store and I used to recommend it to many, not anymore.
Worst pharmacy ever. They dispensed the wrong medication (3 times) and even when they got the medication correct, they labeled the bottle wrong. Terrible!!
Love my job, love my Co workers & love my customers, if U can't find it somewhere else, U can usually find it at Drug City!!! Hope to see U there!!!!
