Some of the worst people to rent from. No one rent is the same and the landlord takes his time with fixing things. It took 3 days for someone to come & fix my heat
I was promised my deposit back by Vanessa when I spoke with her over the phone. Drude rental, Kay, and Vanessa broke a verbal agreement, which thank God, was recorded on my phone. Does any know a good attorney?
They dont even deserve one star. They released my roommates and I early of our lease and repeatedly told me I didnt owe any money or fees and they kept the $600 security deposit (that's fine ) and now they're putting a notice out to other renters that my roommate owes them money. They're thieves. Money hungry and they dont take care of their renters. Save Your Money and Your Time!! Do NOT Rent From Here!!! If I could give no stars..that would be my score. Do NOT rent from these people!! Bobby Drude is a slum lord. I have lived in my place 2 weeks now. My gas line is leaking outside of the house I am renting. For 2 weeks I haven't had a stove to cook with or heat for my house.
