Dan was the plumber technician from Drucks and was very professional and friendly. He did a good job talking me through different options and answering lots of my questions about each. While we needed a week or so for an out-of-stock pump to arrive, he did a good job of making a temporary solution, using one of my extra pumps and feeding into a basement drain. Don’t do it. I had Druck’s out for a furnace estimate and was shocked by what they did afterward. Without permission or even asking, they placed their business stickers directly over the original installer’s information on my furnace—and even on my water heater, which they weren’t there for. When I removed their stickers, the originals underneath were completely destroyed and unreadable. It’s clear they covered the existing information so I’d only call them in the future. We had a very old water heater.. we woke up to it leaking everywhere. We called drucks they told us someone would be here in 45 minutes. The guy came, told us the new cost of a water heater and installation. They installed it the same day, and really saved the day.
